Section 04 · Categories

Three category families. No people.

Heed maps places and events, never named private individuals. The taxonomy is deliberate: it makes the data shareable, defensible, and useful for everyone in the city.

* Kidnapping reports require three independent confirmations and a moderator review before they ever appear on the map.

A persistent emergency button on every screen. Three seconds to fire. Five seconds to cancel. Then SMS plus WhatsApp goes to up to five trusted contacts with a Google Maps link that updates every sixty seconds for the next ten minutes.
